Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

The home is located 15min away from downtown Manistee, with great restaurants, storefronts, golf courses and hiking trails to choose from.

Quiet hours (10:00 PM-8:00 AM), parking for 3 vehicles. - No smoking - Pet friendly w/ $60 pet fee per pet/per stay (+ fees & taxes, 2 max) - No events, parties, or large gatherings -Min age 25.

Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.

Inside enjoy fun family board games, Wi-Fi internet, and a Roku to access any streaming service, as well as a DVD player. You’ll love this location and the opportunity to escape!

Enjoy our cottage with access to a private beach on Hamlin Lake. We are located 3 miles from the State Park and 5 miles from downtown Ludington. The Swallow is a perfect place to relax with your family and enjoy the water and a bonfire in the evening. Included is WIFI, cable, a full private kitchen, living/dining room. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You must bring all of your own linens, bedding, and towels for bath/kitchen. ***NO DOGS/ANIMALS, will be subject to $200 fine.***
