The Coach House Apartment

The Coach House apartment is newly converted , self contained with a fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bedroom and double bed on the galleried mezzanine level with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has fibre optic wi-fi , streamed TV, and a Sonos speaker for music - you will need the app ! The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits in a courtyard of buildings in 14 acres of grounds. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

My place is a very nice top floor flat of a historic building with original features, very spacious and bright. It is located in one of the most beautiful and lovely areas of Southsea, with the sea and a wide beach at only 300 yards, beach cafes, tennis courts and a magical Rose Garden. The flat has a big kitchen with all appliances and the room has a firm mattress. That's all that you need :) Couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups are welcome.

A self-contained studio flat on the first floor of an oak-framed barn in the heart of Owslebury village, a stone’s throw from The Ship pub. It has a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with shower, and a living space with a large double, or twin beds. The kitchen includes a two-ringed hob, fridge, combi-microwave,kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is off-road private parking just outside the property. It is a short stroll to Beachfront and Coastal Paths of Langstone Harbour & shoreline, which look across the Harbour to Chichester and the Southdowns. It is a peaceful place to relax and recharge or an ideal base to Sail, Bicycle, Kite Surf, Fish or Simply Watch the incredible selection of birds, seals and wildlife attracted to the waters edge.

Netherfield Annexe

A pretty, peaceful country retreat, nestled in the beautiful Itchen Valley, just twelve minutes by car from historic Winchester. The annexe is separate from the main house, with plenty of parking plus use of the tennis court and part of the stunning garden offering extensive views across the countryside. Reiki treatments are also available from the host. The market town of Alresford is eight minutes away and it is a thirty minute drive to Chawton House, home of Jane Austen.

Tucked away at the top of a period home is a completely renovated apartment offering superb views of the surrounding area with all new furniture and fittings. The space The loft space comprises of a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Guest access. Guests enter through main house front door and climb 2 flights of stairs to their own floor. Other things to note We have 2 cats. Also there is a seating area at the front of the house which catches the afternoon sun.

Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.

Recently refurbished comfortable coach house with traditional features located in the heart of Southsea. This property has a private entrance with dedicated off road parking for one medium sized vehicle. We are able to park our Hyundai Tucson in the space to give an idea of size. There is street parking locally for which there is a charge paid via a street meter. Walking distance from the seafront, Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard.
