Acadia Village Resort - 1 Bedroom Manor Less than 20 miles from Acadia National park and Bar Harbor our location on Route 1, 1A, and 3 allows easy access to the rural coast of Downeast Maine, fantastic shopping in charming coastal communities, and easy access to the Bangor International Airport. We offer condos with 1 or 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, spacious living rooms, private baths, and use of all our facilities including a heated pool, tennis court, fitness room and BBQ area.

#16 is a spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot), cooking supplies (dishes, silverware, pots, pans), a bedroom with king bed, a living room with a comfortable futon and a trundle bed (2 twins, one pulls out from underneath). A/C (living room), full bath w/shower, cable, TV, small dining area, and free Wi-Fi. All guests have access to the indoor kitchen downstairs in the main building, outdoor kitchen, grill, hot tub, and bonfire pit.

Park Place provides an amazing place to call home when exploring Acadia National Park. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood this first floor unit is a few blocks from the center of town. A 10 min walk from stunning sunrises on the Shore Path and 15 min walk to sunsets from the Bar Island sandbar. Designated off street parking for two cars with self check in and 3 mini splits for individual heat and AC temp controls. Steps away from amazing Havana as well as many other restaurants.

This nicely furnished, in-town condo unit is just a 5-8 minute walk to the schools, the post office, a great little coffee shop, gift shop, the library, bookstore, toy store, spa, hospital, and restaurants, as well as Blue Hill Heritage Trust walking trails, and a 25-minute walk or short drive to the grocery store and Blue Hill Co-op. The one-car garage is accessed from the ground level.
