Long Cove Hideaway

Newly upgraded to 2018 RV! Escape the tourist madness of Bar Harbor at your own private tidal cove. Camp with the comforts of home, water, power and Wifi. Outdoor grill, awning and lobster cooker for the complete Maine experience. After a hard day of hiking relax by fire pit. The Schoodic National Scenic Byway is on the far side of Long Cove, and you can hear some traffic noise from outside the RV, but for complete silence check out my other two places by looking at "about me" on my profile.

Adorable Airstream, glamping at its best

Tucked in the forest and overlooking the meadow, the Adorable Airstream is super comfy for 2 people. Dine outdoors on the lovely deck, sit by the cozy chimenea fire and cook on the barbeque. The airstream is equiped with a complete kitchen, shower, bathroom sink and camping toilet. Just steps away is a pristine outdoor state of the art eco outhouse with a sink for washing up. Smaller crate trained pets allowed for a fee, must be discussed before making a reservation. Close to Acadia and hiking.

Experience this spacious 35-foot long travel trailer by East to West just minutes from the entrance to Acadia National Park on the Schoodic Peninsula. At the southern tip of Schoodic Peninsula is Schoodic Point, quite possibly the prettiest spot in all of Acadia National Park. And since it's located in the Schoodic portion of one of the most visited national parks in the US, it only sees about 10% of the tourist traffic the main area of the park on Mt. Desert Island sees!

Our beautiful 2019 Airstream Globetrotter is tucked up a private lane within walking distance to the village of Southwest Harbor and moments away from the beautiful hiking trails, lakes and beaches of Acadia National Park. Plenty of local knowledge as to where to find the best lobster, your own fire-pit. You are welcome to enjoy your own private camp or join in with our family for fire pits under the stars on our own wild little prairie.
