Tiny House at Wooded Bliss Homestead

On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 45 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin day bed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Tiny kitchen & bathroom with shower (2 temps: hot or cold) too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. Our family's gazebo, grill, fire pit, hammock, trails & garden are shared with guests. A beautiful beach across the bay from Acadia is down the road.

Return from a day of hiking in Acadia National Park to soak in the clawfoot tub or relax on the tiny deck, with a glimpse of the ocean. This 20ft x 8ft tiny home is situated in a backyard, a short walk from Manset Town Dock and Peter Trout Tavern, and a five-minute drive from Southwest Harbor and parts of Acadia National Park (about 20 min to longer hikes and the loop road).

Enjoy the peninsula's Carrying Place Beach, Perry's Lobster Shack, and trails. Come and stay if you love biking, kayaking, walking and hiking. The tiny house (12X8) has a full bath, kitchenette, and a new style roll out bed. FYI, when the bed is rolled out, it will take up most of the living space. It is compact but offers it all!

Our Mini Moose sits on our 75 + acres of beautiful Maine woods. Two miles from the center of the coastal village of Blue Hill. We have had 6 years of successful rentals. Fire pit & view of the pond from the deck. A wonderful path around 2 ponds, swimming is allowed and a contemplative walking labyrinth. Perfect getaway for a couple or single person to explore the natural beauty of Downeast Maine. Only 45 minute drive to Acadia National Park and close to all that Downeast Maine has to offer.

Perfectly situated between Acadia National Park and downtown Southwest Harbor, this cozy cabin is ideal for a weekend trip or a longer stay on beautiful Mount Desert Island. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch before heading out for a hike around Long Pond, a swim at Echo Lake, or a walk into town for the weekly Farmer’s Market, shops and restaurants - all a mile or less away! Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.
