Detta unika, fantastiska hus är byggt på 1700-talet men har renoverats flitigt under åren där gammal charm möter nytt. Huset är toppmodernt med bra faciliteter och värmesystem. Välisolerat. Allrummet med kök och vardagsrum mäter 4 meter i takhöjd och har braskamin och ett stort glasparti som ger en fantastisk utsikt mot poolen och havet. Det finns flera altandäck på tomten om totalt 300 kvm. Omgivningarna är vackra med hav, rikt djurliv och mycket skog samt 15 minuter gångavstånd till sjökrog.

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with 180cm bed. Bathroom with shower and compost toilet. Washing machine and dryer. Stockholm City 25 km

Charmig timmerstuga på naturtomt i skärgården

Unik timmerstuga från 1968 på en fin höjd bland tallar och närhet till sjö samt hav. Perfekt för en helgs avkoppling om man vill komma ifrån storstaden. Enkel men charmig standard. Storstuga med matplats och bäddsoffa, pentry, två sovrum (160+110-säng+överslaf). Badrum (separett) nås via dörr från altanen. Njut av att promenera i den vackra miljön, gå och bada eller bara slappa på altanen. Grilla, spela skivor eller elda i kaminen under kyligare dagar. Närhet till busshållsplats. Välkomna!

Fantastisk havsutsikt och soligt läge

Mysigt och fräscht hus med fantastisk utsikt och sol hela dagen/kvällen. Huset ligger högt upp med veranda som går runt huset. Fri utsikt över Horsfjärden. Huset har tre rum och kök. Sjöutsikt från alla rum. Sovrum 1 med dubbelsäng, sovrum 2 med bred våningssäng (120 cm där nere). I nära anslutning till huset finns gästhus med bred våningssäng och toalett. Nära till strand med hopptorn, golfbanor, café, restaurang, affär, båt till Utö. 30 minuter från Sthlm med bil. Smidig kollektivtrafik.

Koppla av med hela familjen eller vänner i detta fridfulla boende. Runt ena knuten finns Tyresta nationalpark och naturreservat. Runt andra knuten finns en liten badplats med sandstrand och brygga. Inom 500 meter har du tillgång till allt detta samt möjlighet till exempelvis paddling, cykling och vandring. Tomten är i två nivåer, en väldigt privat del med en stor uteplats, solstolar, trädgunga, ute-kök, grill och en där man kan spela fotboll, kubb, tälta mm En drömhus för naturälskaren!

Built on the very land where my mother was born, our home carries the legacy of my grandparents who purchased the land back in 1927. Just 100 meters from the sea, our cottage offers you the perfect spot to unwind and connect with the past while embracing the tranquility of the present. The nearby Stockholm Archipelago Trail offers an incredible way to explore nature.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

The cottage is about 35 sqm and is operated with solar panels. It has a wood burning stove, comfortable double bed, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds, tiled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Charming patio with sea views and access to barbecue. Only 150 m to the bathing jetty and 5 min to the bathing beach.

Vår unika glampingcontainer är designad för att erbjuda en lyxig och avkopplande vistelse, med en vacker utsikt över en alpackahage. Det stora fönstret gör att du har alpackorna betandes precis utanför. I containern finns en bekväm dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa och en mysig eldkamin. Luftvärmepump finns också för varma/kalla nätter. Utekök och matplats precis utanför. Gemensam eko-toa och kiosk där det finns en kyl.
