Detta unika, fantastiska hus är byggt på 1700-talet men har renoverats flitigt under åren där gammal charm möter nytt. Huset är toppmodernt med bra faciliteter och värmesystem. Välisolerat. Allrummet med kök och vardagsrum mäter 4 meter i takhöjd och har braskamin och ett stort glasparti som ger en fantastisk utsikt mot poolen och havet. Det finns flera altandäck på tomten om totalt 300 kvm. Omgivningarna är vackra med hav, rikt djurliv och mycket skog samt 15 minuter gångavstånd till sjökrog.

Elegant lake cottage, guest rooms for 3 people. On the bridge deck there is a dining table, lounge chairs & bathing ladder. Sailboat depth.

大自然中的现代房屋

Gästhus på 30 kvadratmeter i högt läge mitt på halvön med promenadavstånd till härliga bad i både hav och sjö. På halvön finns flera naturreservat där skog och dramatiska klippformationer bjuder på vackra utsiktsplatser och vandringar. Naturen och tystnaden gör detta till en mycket avkopplande plats. Stockholm nås på 30 minuter med bil, med buss på 60 min. På framsidan finns altan och trädgård som ger insynsskydd mot huvudbyggnaden. På baksida finns en nybyggd altan med utsikt över skogen.

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

斯德哥尔摩群岛的达拉罗。宁静而美丽。

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Välkommen till vår charmiga och välskötta stuga, belägen på en höjd med en fantastisk utsikt. Perfekt för dig som söker avkoppling i natursköna omgivningar men ändå vill ha närhet till stadens puls. Mysigt vardagsrum med öppen spis och en stor träaltan med fantastisk havsutsikt. Hundar är välkomna Omgivning & Aktiviteter: Endast 150 meter till vattnet. Klippbad med brygga 200 meter bort, plus flera barnvänliga sandstränder i närheten. Golfbana i närheten. Stor naturtomt (2700 m²)

The lake is just a few minutes walk away. The house is close to the Paradise nature reserve and the Sörmlandsleden hiking trail.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Ladda själen med en ved bastu och mysstund framför den vedeldade kaminen. Nära till stranden, Idealiskt för vintersporter. flertal restauranger, uteplats med grill Handdukar lakan finns på plats Tillgång till porslin, samt cyklar 3 vuxna , dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa. Kaffe/te och kryddor ingår. Vänligen meddela hur många hur gäster som kommer, när ni bokar.

位于泰勒索（Tyresö）Trollbäcken的私人住宅，提供独木舟。

Boende vid härliga Tyresöreservatet. 100 meter till Långsjön där man kan ha en mysig picknick och se solen gå ner. Bada vid klippor. Vi har 2 kanoter som man får låna. Härlig natur men ändå nära till stan. Finns även cyklar att hyra för 50 kr/dag Ca 1 timma med bil från Arlanda . City ca 25 minuter. Det är ej tillåtet att ha fest eller vänner på besök. Åldersgräns är 25 år.

In the middle of the wonderful Island Utö you find this Villa with 9 bedrooms, all with tv and premium beds in a mix of double and single bed rooms. A big porch with room for everyone is perfect for bbq evenings. The Villa is mainly surrounded by forrest and pastures. We are happy to help out with arrangements for conferences or events.
