Täysin remontoitu tyylikäs, tilava ja hyvin varusteltu omakotitalo. Puistoon rajoittuvalla rauhallisella pihalla on suuri terassi, jossa ruokapöytä, sohvaryhmä ja aurinkotuolit. Lisäksi pihalla on nuotiopaikka ja kasvimaa, josta voi kesällä käydä poimimassa salaattia ja yrttejä. Rantaan on n. 200m, jonne voi helposti kävellen mennä uimaan. Hangon keskustaan on n. 2 km. Talo sijaitsee ulkoilumaaston ja monipuolisten urheilumahdollisuuksien (tennis, jalkapallo ym.) vieressä. Iso pysäköintialue.

Tämän lisäksi vieraiden käytössä on vierastupa, josta löytyy kaksi erillistä pientä huonetta ja nukkumatilat maksimissaan kolmelle. Parhaimmillaan mökin tilat ovat talvikuukausina 2-4 henkilön käytössä, mutta kesäaikaan mahtuu isompikin porukka. Täällä pääset rentoutumaan ja nauttimaan omasta rauhasta.

Mökki sijaitsee lähellä Billnäsin ruukkia, ja myös Fiskarsin ruukkikylä ravintoloineen ja putiikkeineen on pyöräilyetäisyydellä. Puulämmitteinen perinnesauna, joka on vapaasti vuokraajien käytössä, tarjoaa syvät ja kosteat löylyt.
