The Eleanor Davis House with POOL

This restored Queen Anne Victorian built in 1894 has a butler's pantry, Sunroom/Family Room with French doors to deck, pool and fenced in grounds, Living Room. The millwork of each room is crafted of different exotic woods. Handcrafted ornate wood fretwork adorns the front hall, and entrance to Living Room and Kitchen. Located in Central Park Historic District, walkable (4 blocks to Main Street). 3 bedrooms upstairs each with Queen size bed, Sofabed (Queen mattress in Living Room) and 2.5 baths.

The Spring House!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 1890's farmhouse that has been completely transformed with all of the amenities you want and need. This convenient first floor apartment is located right across from one of Quincy's most iconic and favorite restaurant's, The Abbey! A fabulous space that features keyless entry, beautiful kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a wonderful onyx shower and comfortable beds with high end furnishings and lots of extras.

Gypsum Hill

Bring your whole group to this great place with plenty of space for fun. Built in 1913 the Historic charm this property offers is just blocks away from Historic Downtown Hannibal where you can enjoy Main Street and Music Under the Stars. This home is equipped with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms (1 stand-up shower, 1 bath tub), 2 king beds and 1 queen. (Off street parking in the back, exterior currently in process of refinishing as well as other small items that will not affect your stay)

Little House in the Hollow

Enjoy a private peaceful setting that is Conveniently located. Large fenced in yard for the kids and/or pets. Also has a 4 person hotub which is available year-round. The house is fully stocked for convenience. The house also has covered parking, outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill a play place for the kids and more. You will be within walking distance of 2 National Landmarks (Mark Twain Cave, Cameron Cave) as well as our Winery and Giftshop. Located just two miles from Hannibal's Historic District.

Quincy Gem in Historic District

Large, spacious, fully renovated home nestled in Quincy's beautiful Historic District. This home is centrally located making it the perfect location for your stay. Enjoy the extensive coffee bar as our guests, play games, or walk to area Parks! This home would also make the ideal setting for a family reunion, bridal/baby shower, or cooperate gathering. Kids will enjoy the fenced in backyard! "Kids" of all ages will appreciate the basketball goal, ping-pong, & Foosball tables in garage!

Molly’s Riverview Retreat

Wake up and take your coffee out to relax on the same veranda that Molly Brown (the “Unsinkable”) enjoyed when visiting her sister while watching the mighty Mississippi roll by. Built in 1844 by the first Judge in the territory, , Molly was headed to this house when the Titanic sank. Enjoy the original hardwood floors in the dining room, marked by embers of fires used to cook countless family meals under the hearth. Walk to all the downtown attractions, nightlife and festivals.

Laura’s Simply Charming Cottage

Simply Charming Cottage is located in the heart of Quincy. Brand newly updated and cozy with the character of an older home. An abundance of windows flood the home with natural light giving it a very uplifting feel. The home is the only one on the block allowing ample parking and a sense of privacy. The Cottage

The Cottage was built in 1903, with the age of the home comes with many flaws, you will find cracks in walls, ceilings, maybe even glass. The scuff each have a story and the stories that could be told, if paint were able to talk. The home is not perfect, but just affordable and cozy. We do allow dogs on our property, cats are not allowed, we apologize. We strive to make your stay comfortable by including the home with essential items needed for the duration of your stay.
