With 270 degree oceanfront views, you can watch the waves from the lanai, play with family on the beautifully manicured grounds, snorkel with fish and turtles right off the property, soak in the hot tub/pool, or head over to Magic Sands Beach (100m walk) to ride waves and grab a Mai Tai. You'll fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the birds. This home was our Pappy's piece of paradise and there's no place like it on the island.

Stay a short walk from Magic Sands Beach in this complete home. This three bedroom and three and half bath house includes an outdoor shower and bathroom, a ping pong table, and your own tree house. This is a legal and permitted vacation rental with no agency and on-island owner hosts. You can hang out in a hammock on the lanai while you BBQ your dinner after the beach. The perfect spot to explore Hawai'i island and only three miles from downtown Kailua-Kona.

As you wake to the sound of the birds, the gentle trade wind breeze reminds you this is true relaxation. As you walk to the coffee maker, the ocean view greets you on your left while the expansive living room invites you to claim your seat on the couch. You’re glad you have good WiFi, but you sure hope the boss doesn’t email you. Being close to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment is great too, but maybe you’ll cook in this gourmet kitchen.
