The apartment has an open plan living area on the ground floor, with folding doors to enjoy the private garden in front of the patio. Of the 4 spacious bedrooms, one is on the ground level and the other 3, including the master bedroom which has an en-suite, are upstairs. The unit has a seamless back up solar system and the small complex is serviced by borehole water.
