A modern and well- designed home located in the Neversink area of the Catskills. 3 night minimum. The Tiny House has been updated with high-speed 500 Mbps wifi and a separate landline. There is no cell phone service in the immediate area. The house is a short drive to some of the best hiking trails in the area. Enjoy walks in the woods, country drives, or relax on the deck overlooking the pond. 3- night minimum stay. We require our guests to be 24 and over. Maximum of 2 adults. No pets .

Stunning Passive Solar Cabin on 135 acres & pond

Just the perfect cabin. This newly built, passive solar house has a wood-burning stove, incredible views and is drenched with light. The house is intimate yet connected to the outside, with total seclusion and every imaginable modern convenience! It’s an architect-designed marvel of concrete, glass and reclaimed wood that sits on 135 acres of field and forest with a lovely swimming pond and miles of hiking trails. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a spacious sleeping loft.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Under two hours from NYC, and less than 15 minutes from Livingston Manor, Cooley Mountain House keeps everything within reach.

Charming farmhouse overlooking the babbling Dry Brook. Entry to a large eat in kitchen that reflects natural light. Beautiful living room with hardwood floors and a stone clad fireplace. Full bathroom downstairs. The second floor offers a master suite with a balcony, large landing, walk in closet, and a full private or shared bathroom as suite has an extra bedroom. The property features a spring fed pond with a dock and pedal boat. Old logging trails that lead you up the scenic mountain.

West Wing - a unique private space w/deck

This unique studio space with private entrance is a recent addition to our charming home, located on a quiet private road in the village of Shokan. Situated within minutes of the Ashokan Rail Trail, this bike and walking trail offers dramatic vistas of the Ashokan Reservoir. Woodstock & Phoencia with their stores, galleries and restaurants are only 15 minute drives . Local recreation includes hiking trails, kayaking and for those looking for relaxation there are renowned spas.

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

Cottage by the River

Cozy country home located in the Catskills. It is perfect for a weekend getaway. Walk out to river views and multicolor leaves an ideal fall setting. Fire pit and wood on site to make a fire at night and enjoy the stars.  There is a small town and local breweries only 5 minutes away. What the siding lacks, the fully renovated inside will surely not disappoint. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms that will comfortable fit up to 10 guests.

Charming Cottage on 12 Secluded Acres + Hot Tub

This Catskill cottage is situated on 12 secluded acres with stunning mountain and valley views. The main house features three well-appointed floors with two bedrooms downstairs, a primary bedroom with ensuite on the top floor and a wood burning stove on the main floor. The property also features a separate studio with a large stone patio, fire pit, cedar hot tub, pond, and scenic forest trail beyond. Close to skiing, hiking and golfing!

Gingerbread House- a 1950s Catskills Chalet

Perched high among the trees, Gingerbread is a 1950’s Swiss chalet that sits on 4 acres. This is the house everyone slows down for, points and says ‘ that’s the house I would want Upstate’. Well ….she's taken. But I am so happy to welcome you as guests for a short period of time. Gingerbread comes with all the little touches making it feel like the perfect home away for a week, weekend or however long you can escape your regular life.
