Bring the whole family to this private country getaway. With 2500 sq ft of living space and 7 total acres you’ll have plenty of space to explore! Of those 7 acres, 3 of them are a private lake great for fishing, swimming or a paddle boat. This “guesthouse” is the finished basement of the house we live in. These are 2 completely separate spaces with their own entrances. We live in the upstairs and offer our 2500 sq ft finished basement with its own living room, kitchen, game room & 2 bedrooms.

Our newly built home is very clean and centrally located. 6 miles from Elizabethtown Sports Park 10 miles from Glendale, KY (Blue Oval) 18 miles from Ft. Knox 22 miles from Bardstown, KY (Bourbon Capital of the World) The modern amenities and luxury finishes, like the granite countertops, make this a great home away from home. The spacious private backyard is great for yard games, picnics, and bird watching. (My wife's favorite). Dining, shopping, and family activities are just minutes away.

A nicely appointed lake house with rustic contemporary decor. Gourmet kitchen includes dishes, cookware and small appliances as well as a deluxe espresso/cappuccino maker. House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.
