Home features 2 large bedrooms, a twin rollaway bed, and a convertible sofa in the living room. Note: the guest space is the upper level of the house. The basement is private and contains a storage room and garage/workshop which are accessed occasionally by the caretaker.

The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi, washer and dryer and more!
