Cozy Studio Apartment

Cozy little separate entrance studio in the basement of my house. Has a queen size memory foam bed, comfy large couch, bean bag, 73 inch screen tv, 2 seater table, mini fridge, coffee maker, and insta pot. Bathroom stocked with soap & shampoo mini bottles. Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday is 10pm to 7am. Friday & Saturday 12am to 7am. I do have a cat that runs around upstairs and I also play music as well as take zoom calls throughout the day. At night the house is QUIET. No smoking. No parties.

Bayview is very close to Greektown, Little Italy, Fells Point and Canton. Each of these commercial developments are no more than 1-2 miles from Drew Street. Restaurants, the waterfront and shopping districts are all located in each of these developments and provide a wide array of tastes and treats. Therefore, if you are a foodie, like wine/beer, antique shops or like to hear a band or singer every once in a while, you can definitely find something to do and travel via Uber, Lyft or Taxi.

We are also just mins away from major highways 95, 695, and 83. This is the perfect location for most needs.

This recently renovated apartment is on the first floor of a two story building my grandfather built in 1952. Located across from the Historic Havre de Grace Colored School, the Teacher's Apartment was originally 2 small studio apartments, built for teachers at the school. It has been a dream to live in Havre de Grace and I am so pleased to be able to host such a great space

Enjoy your private apartment and deck on the water or come sit down by the waterfront and watch the Ospreys, herons, ducks and the occasional eagle. Fishing off the pier and possible small boat docking available. We are close to Rocky Point golf club, Baltimore yacht club, 20 minutes from Camden Yards and M&T stadium. We are 38 minutes from BWI. You will have private parking in a quiet safe neighborhood. Sorry, no pets allowed.

You will be in walking distance to wedding venues, marinas, restaurants, breweries, and our city’s Lighthouse where the Susquehanna River meets the Chesapeake Bay.
