The stylist loft style apartment is located in hip cool area Noblessner in a quiet courtyard, only a 20min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to Telliskivi Creative City. Noblessner harbour is just there with a scene of great restaurants and bars. You will love waking up in this apartment as it has such a good vibe and creative touch with lots of natural light. All comforts are there as well. The space makes you feel inspired as it’s owned by a local designer who decorated it with all details.

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

Avangard, a unique building on the border of the Kadriorg and City Centre districts, was originally built in 1911 as a rental place for Tallinn’s high society. Loft"Black & Red" with modern comforts is located on 3rd floor of the building. Big window is directly located to the south and this brings lot of sunlight into the apartment. There is small kitchen with fridge and electric stove, bathroom with shower and WC, sleeping area is located on the second level (room height 1.60m).
