Newly decorated 2-room apartment in quiet Tabasalu close to Tallinn, big balcony, child-friendly. Free parking in front of the house, children playground next to the house. New Tabasalu Centre, swimming pool, library, food stores and nice cafes only 10 min walk away. Quiet house. Bus stop in front of Tabasalu Centre 10 min walking, where you can get buses to the centre. Rocca-al-mare 8 km, Kakumäe official beach 6 km, smaller beach 2 km, Laulasmaa spa 25 km. Very good for families. No smoking.

The house is in a wonderful location - the river flows behind the house, take our SUP boards and go paddling! Not far away is a white sand beach - a lovely hike through the pine forest in about 15 minutes. Quiet, but close to everything. Niitvälja golf 15 minutes and Tallinn 15 minutes away. We also have a charger for a electric cars. Modern house, 3 bedrooms, wood burning sauna, kitchen, outdoor grill and of course nature. Our bedrooms are equipped with a high standard beds and bedlinen

Äsja renoveeritud lofti tüüpi maja (36 m2), autentse õlgkatusega, asub igihalja Muraste looduskaitseala vahetus läheduses ja vaid 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel merest. Avastamist ootavad arvukad matkarajad ning rannarajad ja vaatamisväärsused (nt Suurupi alumine puidust tuletorn, Peeter Suure Merekindluse rannakaitse patarei nr 3). Pärast pikka päeva saab kümblustünnis lõõgastuda. Kümblustünn sisaldub hinnas. Vahetame vett ja puhastame kümblustünni pärast iga külalist.

Staying in this mini sauna cabin (20 m²) you can enjoy a view of the river, listen to the sounds of nature or take a walk to the seaside (20 min) After sauna session you can relax in the hot tub. (without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

You are welcome to enjoy your time in a cozy cabin in nature with a river and pine forest nearby, and a beach within walking distance. Furnished with everything to get the best of your vacation. Guests can use the entire house with sauna, terrace and barbecue facilities. Kids can have fun at play area. The price includes 2 hours use of sauna. Possibility to use hot tub if wished. We bring firewood and water. The price of a hot tub starts at €70 per day.
