It was built in 2020, has 2 double bedrooms, large lounge/dining area/kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. It is located in the village of Dunan, 5 miles from Broadford. The house is directly above the seashore with views to the Island of Scalpay across Loch na Cairidh, the Old man of Storr and to the mountains of the mainland and the wall to ceiling windows highlight the beautiful views

Studio 1 at Knott Cottage is a purpose built retreat for 1 or 2. Thoughtfully designed to provide quality accommodation at an affordable price. It offers vaulted ceilings, an open layout with under floor heating, a well equipped kitchen and a luxury shower room. Situated 100 metres from a sheltered bay with stunning views over Loch Snizort Beag, the Studio is an idyllic base to visit Skye's many attractions. In National Scenic Area, 4 miles (6.4 km) north of Poolewe and NC500 route. Uninterrupted views to mountains of Wester Ross and Sutherland. Not suitable for infirm guests (as access is via two steps and grass paths may be wet and slippy), children or pets.
