House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.

We are just minutes away from popular Starlight destinations, Huber's Restaurant, Huber’s Lake House, and Huber’s Winery, making it the perfect location for guests attending events or visiting for a weekend getaway. While we are in a country setting, our location is only 15-30 mins to many local attractions around the SO IN/Louisville area.
