We hope you will enjoy relaxing or working in our serene beach condo. If you have any questions, I am here to answer them 24/7. Only the garage is on the first floor with direct access to the unit. There are stairs leading up to the main level which is on the second floor. The main level consists of 2 br/2 ba, kitchen, W/D and living room. Natural, comfortable, simple, clean and spacious. Gated property with security guard. 1 car garage with direct access to the unit. Additional guest parking available near unit (must use hanging pass). Full studio (388 sf) near Keesler, across from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. There is a public bus stop on the corner & shuttles for the casinos. Wifi with small smart TV. Let yourself in with keyless entry then go for a swim, enjoy coast seafood, or join the excitement at a casino. Make yourself at home and feel safe with security lighting and no stairs. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. No trailer parking allowed. Max. occupancy is 2: violation results in eviction.

Flat screen Tv's, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & full size washer/dryer. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. Please follow the occupancy & HOA rules. No boat, no Rv’s or trailers.
