Lovely and spacious Townhome on the golf course at the first fairway, near the clubhouse. Sweeping views off the large and relaxing deck. Just yards to the lake/beach to take advantage of kayaking, boating or swimming. Tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, swimming pool also available. All amenities including 2 bedrooms (queens), loft (queen) full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Home is near Silverwood and a great jump off spot to explore Northern Idaho including Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint and Farragut.

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Nestled in the forest in a gated upscale community of Harbor View Estates, you will escape to peace and tranquility in your private 2200-square foot spa-inspired Shangri-La. THE TRAIL AND THIS AREA IS STUNNING IN THE COOL FALL WEATHER This cottage has a cheerful retro 50’s feel with an artists touch of color throughout. The location is just a short walk (10th of a mile) to the beach, Creamery, and quaint little town of Harrison. Our cottage is NOT a good fit for children under five years of age.
