You’ll love my place because of proximity to NYC, restaurants, close to NJIT, Rutgers Newark, UMDNJ, ambiance, neighborhood. Good for couples and solo adventurers. There is 1 off-street parking for small/medium size vehicles . You need to confirm with me first. You can park on street also with 2 hr limits.
