Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that we purchased in 2016 and lovingly renovated over three years using a team of local craftspeople and myself. This space is a quirky 1 bedroom, 1 bath garden level loft with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more. THE COURTRIGHT MOTEL 🌞 We have curated this eclectic space in this historic building on the St Clair River with mid-century furnishings, world class sunsets and access to the river steps away. This fully separate apartment has a comfortable bedroom, a full living room, complete kitchen and dining area and full bath. We also have a pull out couch and extra linens. Our space is great for people who enjoy fishing off the dock, biking or walking (access to 35km trail out front) or relaxing. 😎
