Our home is in a quiet & family-friendly neighborhood. The place is cozy, clean, & sanitized. Guests have a private entrance to a whole floor with 2 bedrooms, private bathroom, living room, small kitchenette and a study area. We live upstairs. Guests have excellent internet connection. Close to highway 81, JMU, Sentara RMH hospital. We are 20 miles to the National Park, and close to several restaurants. Ideal for short-term stays. There is a dedicated parking spot and tandem parking is possible.

The home is an adorable cottage perfect for both a romantic getaway or a family/friends retreat. Enjoy views of the small orchard on the 3 acre wooded property from the large deck and two firepits. The Orchard Cottage is a great base to explore local wineries, hiking, and nearby Bryce Resort. Conveniently located 2 hrs from DC, 45 minutes from Harrisonburg, and only 12 minutes from Bayse/Bryce Ski Resort. Only a 15 min drive to I-81 to conveniently access all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer

The townhouse is in located in Harrisonburg, mins away from Massanutten Resort & near JMU campus, but far enough from the noise of students & town. Located in a nice, & peaceful neighborhood while a mins away from Target, Outback, Downtown Harrisonburg, etc. Also, 2 mins away from Sentra (RMH) Hospital. The location has 4 bedrooms, which is 1 master bedroom with king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen bed, & 1 bedroom with bunk bed perfect for children. There is 2 full bathrooms & 2 half bathrooms.

Finn's Frolic-The place- relax, stay, or explore!

Finn's Frolic is our charming, country tiny home. Less than 2 hours DC, Charlottesville. Beautiful farm, mountain views, deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, much more. Landscaping is in the works ! Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!

Tiny Tree House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This brand new, 550 square foot tiny house in the trees has everything you need, and is designed with a local feel. Minutes from George Washington National Forest and dry river. The cabin is only 20 minutes from downtown Harrisonburg. Note that this cabin has one bedroom downstairs, and one bed upstairs in the loft area accessible by ship ladder style steps. The loft is a sleeping area but does not have it’s own door.

This peaceful and centrally-located place welcomes up to 4 guest. It is a two bedroom private apartment with parking for two cars at your door. It is in the lower level of our home which we have enjoyed caring for over the last 34 years. Close to downtown Harrisonburg, JMU and EMU. Eat in kitchen with comfortable seating in living room.
