Saltburn l The Outlook- Sea views, Dog friendly.

This design award winning detached property is surrounded by grounds which include a slope which may not be suitable for very young children. With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

Nestled next to Redcar beach's sand dunes, 'Beachside' can sleep up to 5 with outdoor decking and sea view. Close to children's play area, crazy golf, swimming baths, cinema, boating lake, award winning fish and chips, Locke Park, plenty of eateries & bars. Very special, cosy, really tiny ,stone cottage nestled in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park near Whitby. The Nest has a Log burner, central heating, WIFI,smart TV, Egyptian linen and twinkling fairy lights ,. Walks onto the moors from the front door , seating area outside to watch the sun go down with a large glass of wine, welcoming family pub across the road, Co-op, and fine dining pub also in the village. Train station to Whitby from the village. We welcome two dogs at the Nest.

Plum Tree Lodge Set in 2 acres of Private Land

Plum Tree, named after plumb tree in the garden. Bedroom 1 - 1 double bedroom, bedroom 2 - 2 single beds and another double bed folds out in the living area. There is a travel cot and a small bed for a small children up to 4 years old. The lodge can accommodate 6 adults plus 2 small children. Ideal getaway with private garden which is child and pet friendly. Private entrance. Only 35 mins from Newcastle, 20 minutes Durham, 15 minutes to Darlington and 7 minutes to Bishop Auckland.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

Maltkiln House Annex is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annex dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annex straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annex is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.
