Remodeled 3 bed 2 bath home located in a golf cart community just a few miles from HWY 69. Neighborhood boat Ramp access within 150 yards of the property. Circle Drive with plenty of parking. Paved roads all the way to the property. Lounge on the porch swing, gather around the firepit or watching sunsets over the ridgeline. Hot & Cold outdoor shower.

There is a small pond on the property fully stocked and awaiting our guests within walking distance of the cottage. The Talimena Trail begins nearby & there are year-round festivals & shopping. Welcome to our lakeside cottage! We are located on Lake Eufaula only 10 mins north of McAlester, OK. There's a boat ramp located less than 1 mile away. Enjoy the lake view from the screened in porch, porch swing in the lower back yard or a hammock next to the water. Includes water access. Water shoes are recommended, it's pretty rocky. Room 1 features a queen bed. Room 2 has the option of 2-xl twin beds that can be converted to a king if preferred. Also, a queen sofa bed for extra guests.
