Large windows and double doors leads to a nice outdoor open space. Modern kitchen & dining area, perfect for a nice meal & nice view. We also have a 3 person infrared sauna with full lake view, bluetooth and light therapy. You are also welcome to enjoy our dock, with deep waters and great views. We are down the street from Stonecreek Cove Golf Course in a countryside atmosphere and are comfortably close to the renowned Green Pond Landing, host to many national fishing tournaments.

Relax on the large porch with swing and rocking chairs or enjoy fire pit area. No kitchen but includes microwave, full fridge, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker and gas grill. Perfect getaway but also near charming downtown Toccoa, Toccoa Falls, Currahee Mountain, hiking…..

The Cottage

Private and serene, yet just 5 minutes to Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital—and only 13 miles to Clemson. The perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Tiny house

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
