Other than the double bed, the room being very large has 2 wide, comfortable leather sofas and 2 easy chairs along with a coffee table. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED ! Only paying guests are welcome .

Our room is on Ground floor with separate entry. The room also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, freezer, induction cooker, and some utensils.

Aayat is in an army sector of Noida which is safe clean quiet and serene. It’s centrally located with Botanical metro and sector 18 metro about one and half kms away. Sector 27 also called Bhramputra shopping complex is 5 mts walking distance. Aayat is freshly reconstructed ready to welcome guests with open arms.
