This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

With a great balcony view (from 12th floor) and an open, spacious living room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms- one master with is own bathroom, and two other with 3 single beds in each. #My place is perfect for your sea vacation! It is situated first line to the sea and across the street from the Iris Nature Reserve, perfect for a nice hike/stroll. It is less than 1 km walk to the Ir Yamim mall and sports complex. You’ll love my place because of the light, the high ceilings, the comfy beds, and the 21st floor view overlooking the sea! My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). There is a kosher kitchen with all utensils.
