Mini Penthouse Sea Garden with terrace and seaview

This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

AMAZING Beach View Apt. Must see!!

Hi guys, we're so excited to introduce to you our stunning apartment in Netanya. Perfect location - just 5 min walk to city center, 2 min walk to the beach!! With a great balcony view (from 12th floor) and an open, spacious living room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms- one master with is own bathroom, and two other with 3 single beds in each. Please have a look at the photos and don't hesitate to contact us for more details (: יש ממד חברים Btw the place is fully suitable for Shomer Shabbat people.

דירת סטודיו מרווחת במרכז העיר

**אין מקלט (או ממ"ד) בבניין** דירת חדר מרווחת במיקום מושלם במרכז העיר עם גישה נוחה לכל מקום - תחנת האוטובוסים המרכזית במרחק 2 דקות, רחוב הרצל, ככר העצמאות, שוק העיר, קניון השרון וחופי הים של נתניה - כולם במרחק הליכה, וגם כל הרחובות המרכזיים (סמילנסקי, שמואל הנציב, הרצל, שדרות בנימין). הדירה מוארת, מרווחות ונעימה מאוד ונמצאת בקומה 2 (אין מעלית). הרחוב שוקק במשך שעות היום, אבל חלונות הדירה לא בחזית ואין רעש. בשעות הערב הרחוב שקט מאוד. חניון מוזל משעה 14.00 נמצא ממול. הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך :)

You can be sure that your vacation will be fun and close to everything you need and can do in Netanya. The house is uniquely decorated and pleasant to stay in, and there is everything. There is a private warehouse in the parking area where you can leave your equipment if you wish so.
