Tiny house, big adventure! Our very private off grid ( solar) tiny house is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of life. Perfect for a romantic getaway, there are meadows and ponds to explore, with trails through mature hardwood and cedar forests. For the rock hound there is an old mineral rich pink calcite gravel pit to explore. Enjoy the amazing views from the Balcony, gaze at the night sky, commune with the horses and marvel in the sights and sounds of nature while you refresh your soul.

Cozy Cabin #2 - Wilderness cabin near Algonquin!

Visit Algonquin Park! Three hours from the city, our vehicle accessible wilderness cabins are close to 3 quiet beaches, vast crown land lakes, and snowmobile trails. Pets are welcome. Enjoy 8 km of on-site, private hiking trails in summer, and snowshoe/ski trails in winter. Guided snowmobile tours on site or bring a sled. For off-season campers, this cabin has a propane furnace to keep it cozy on cool nights. Firewood available here, and nearby stores for shopping. Stay 3 days and get 10% off!

Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

2nd Floor Guest Suite

2nd floor guest suite located only 5 minutes to downtown Bancroft. This large suite has a queen bed, queen pull out sofa bed, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, smart tv, keurig machine (tea, coffee, sweeteners and creamers provided) and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Please note that a full flight of stairs must be climbed to access this unit once inside the door. Please also note there is no kitchen in this suite, cooking appliances & candles are prohibited due to fire risk.

Nestled in the trees, this tiny cabin is designed for a relaxing vacation for two people, or a solo experience. Located 15 min drive from Bancroft and 45 min from Algonquin Park. Parking is located at the beginning of the driveway. Expect a short hike, about 60m, down trail to the cabin. This small cabin features a woodstove, electricity, outdoor kitchen, running water, outhouse and outdoor shower.
