This is a stand-alone sleep out with a private bathroom, television, mini refrigerator, microwave and breakfast facilities( jug, toaster) Only 10 minutes drive to beautiful Havelock North village or Hastings town, and we are Wine Country central at only 7 minutes to the start of the Bridge Pa Triangle (a collection of different wineries, a must visit- on your bike is best!).

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

It has one room, comfy queen bed, and separate bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably and has a rural out look. You can visit some of the local wineries near by. It's 22 minutes to Napier and 7 minutes to Hastings. I look forward to meeting you.
