The fishing fleet is launched from the beach at the end of the road and Tackleway has direct access to Hastings Country Park which has many walks and great views.

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful St Leonards seafront and occupies the entire basement of a historic Grade II listed house. The house was built by James Burton, the architect of St Leonards-on-Sea in the year 1830. The holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained.
