We are the most flexible host you will ever meet. This is one of villas in Breeze Casa Private Pool Villa Project, called OC Pool Villa in 8C lane. It is 5 km from Cha-Am beach. It features 3 spacious bedrooms—2 with ensuite bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom in the living area plus WC at swimming pool. Enjoy a 8-meter swimming pool (1.4m deep) with a kids’ slide for your little ones. This beautiful pool villa is our third villa bought to allow our guests to enjoy their holidays. However, it is not a newly built villa, it has been built about 7 years and we have maintained it well. It is worth for you to stay here to enjoy the pool villa with music. This villa is called the OC Breez Casa Pool Villa, which is located in the villa compound named the Breeze Casa Private Pool Villa in 8C lane (search in net for more details and location), located at Cha-Am of Hua Hin area, features a 8-meter with 1.4 meter depth swimming pool with a colorful slide for children to enjoy. It also includes an 7-foot pool table for entertainment. The villa has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms—two bedrooms have ensuite showers, while the third bedroom shares a bathroom with the living area. Additionally, there is one WC and an outdoor shower near the pool. Villa Features: - Private parking for two cars within our villa home. - Four air conditioners—one in each bedroom and a large unit in the living area. - Smart TVs in every bedroom with YouTube and Netflix (personal login required). - Washer/rack dryers for a comfortable stay. - Private high-speed WIFI (500/500 Mbps) and LAN connection. - Large Bass speaker with karaoke for music in the living room and pool area. - Pool/Snooker table with 11ft long. - Ergonomic seating for comfortable online work. - Online food ordering available from 7-Eleven and local restaurants. - Local vendors selling fresh fruit and food pass by the house regularly. A nearby restaurant is available, but a car is needed (our team can provide transportation for a fee). - Private driver available for city tours, airport, bus, and train station transfers (check with the host for fees/fares). - Taxi service is accessible via the host or download Grab app. - Cleaning and change linens/towels service is provided after 3 nights for stays of 5 nights or more. Cleaning service facility is available at Thb1,500 (please contact host for more details). - Free swimming pool cleaning on Wednesday and Saturday. - All-inclusive pricing covers electricity, water, WIFI, and every 3 nights stay cleaning (for long stay) —no extra charges. What is Not Included: 1. Linens and towels are not changed daily but linens/towels are changed after 3 nights for stays of 5 nights or more. If needed, you can request a change of the linens/towels for THB 500 per service or use the in-house washer/rack dryer. 2. Breakfast is not provided, but the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. 3. Daily consumables (e.g., toiletries, kitchen essentials) are not restocked. Please purchase supplies at local stores (7-11 is the nearest or order online).
