This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. Private key-code entrance in front. White picket fence lined yard in back is perfect for sitting on warm days. Walking distance to restaurants and food store. On-street parking. The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.

Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.
