Adorable cottage with SPECTACULAR views! Located on a quiet dead end street in the heart of Hatteras Village. There is so much to do, but the view is so great you might not want to leave. There is a private shallow water dock across the street for a low draw boat, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Hatteras beach is just a short drive or bike. Access to the sound for Kite Boarding in the spring and fall. This cottage has it all! New washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint!

Home is newly renovated with new bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor shower, and living room furniture. It's sitting on 2 acres including a tidal pond that connects to Slash Creek and on into the Pamlico Sound. Great for kayaks and paddleboards. Home is 2 minutes to beach and close to restaurants, ferry dock, stores, and marinas. Watch beautiful sunsets from the deck.

Situated in Hatteras Village, our cabana #33 is a free-standing studio, pet friendly condo just steps away from the beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the rooftop deck. The National Park Service maintains the adjacent beach which is part of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.
