Peace and quiet guaranteed in a natural setting reserved just for you! Located at 1300m, the 65 m2 chalet is contemporary and bright, warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer. Enjoy lunch on the terrace, in the shade of the weeping willow, or in the garden under the maple tree. Explore the mountain on foot or mountain bike from the cabin, or with snowshoes or back-country skis at 5' driving. Autumns are brightly colored. The mythical Céüze rock-climbing area and the Dévoluy ski area are nearby!

Le Chalet des Babous est une ancienne petite étable d'alpage entièrement retapée avec goût et aménagée avec tout le confort possible. Pour une nuit insolite ou un séjour atypique, ce lieu tranquille et authentique saura répondre à vos attentes. Son emplacement privilégié et intime vous offre une vue panoramique sur la vallée du Champsaur. Sa grande terrasse vous permettra de passer des moments de détente et de convivialité. Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. L'appartement est un T2 entièrement rénové que je reloue cette année car nous habitons dans notre maison. Il se situe dans une résidence très calme. Refait avec goût j'espère qu'il vous fera passer un super séjour dans la région des Hautes Alpes. Vous disposerez de sel, café, huile, draps, serviettes, sucre et tout le nécessaire pour votre séjour. Il dispose d'une petite terrasse avec vue sur un petit lac et la montagne de Ceuze.

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).
