It is a NON SMOKING PLACE as I DO NOT SMOKE. This large renovated studio (40 Square Meters) comes with a spacious room, a nice and quiet balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and high speed wifi. There are one comfortable double bed (*190) Because it is in a big city, the dust is inevitable, sorry in advance

A 7 mn à pieds du RER A (20mn de l'Etoile), 10 mn Rueil 2000 dans quartier très calme. TV (Netflix et Amazon Video), WIFI + ethernet. Kitchenette équipée. Canapé lit "rapido" (vrai matelas haut de gamme, le canapé s'ouvre en un tournemain et l'assise est indépendante du matelas). Vous trouverez également tout le nécessaire pour un bon petit déjeuner. Stationnement gratuit.
