Welcome home :) My relaxing 50m2 studio, where the artist Suzanne Valadon lived, looks like à little house, located on the ground floor of a private, quiet and secure residence, with a beautiful courtyard. High ceilings in the living room, and a private closed bedroom upstairs. Confortable furnished, views on greenery. Walking around is so easy : The Abesses district, shops, restaurants, the subway 12 and 2, only a 1mn walk away . A perfect central place to rest after exploring Paris!

The former workshop, redesigned by an architect, offers spacious accommodation and 4 bedrooms. The loft extends over the ground and second floors, with air conditioning in the living room and kitchen for added comfort.

Véritable atelier d'artiste, habité par le peintre Georges Braque en 1911, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.
