Voll sanierte Wohnung (75 m²) in geschichtsträchtigem Haus (ehemalige Kasernenstube aus dem 18. Jahrhundert) mit mehreren Wohneinheiten unmittelbar an der Stadtmauer mit Blick auf den Neuruppiner See. Die Zweizimmerwohnung befindet sich im oberen Geschoss (eine Treppe) und besteht aus einem großen Wohnbereich ca. 50 m² mit Amerikanischer Küche, kleinem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad gefliest mit Wanne und separater Dusche sowie Fußbodenheizung. Eine kleine Garage dient als Stellplatz am Haus.

Das 82qm grosse Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch mittendrin im lebendigen Akazienkiez. Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Wir, Juliane und Frank, vermieten eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit zwei Zimmern im Herzen von Neuruppin. Die Wohnung liegt innerhalb der Stadtmauern in der Innenstadt der Fontanestadt Neuruppin. Apotheken, Supermarkt, Restaurants und viele weitere kleine Geschäfte befinden sich alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis zum See sind es knapp 800 Meter Fußweg. Der Bahnhof Neuruppin West ist in 650 Metern Fußweg zu erreichen. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Die Ferienwohnung hat 2 Zimmer auf 43 qm Wohnfläche und damit viel Platz für 2 Personen. Außerdem gibt es einen überdachten Parkplatz Höhe ca. 2,30m mit Schranke direkt auf dem Grundstück.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus hält tagsüber alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut.
