My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, mit Blick auf den großen Innenhof. Highlight der Wohnung ist die große und zum Entspannen einladende Terrasse. Um Berlin zu entdecken, sind Sie in wenigen Fußminuten in einem der bekanntesten Berliner Ausgehviertel (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) und schnell mit U- und S-Bahn bei allen anderen Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Vom Autobahndreieck Barnim sind wir in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Bus und S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, seid Ihr in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Berlin. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Ländlich gelegen im kleinen Dörfchen Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45min süd-westlich von Berlin. Der große Gemeinschaftsgarten bietet genug Platz zum Entspannen. Unsere frisch-renovierte Wohnung in der ersten Etage lädt im modernen Stil zum Verweilen ein. Ebenfalls bieten wir einen Abholservice nach Absprache (bis 20km Umkreis) f. einen Aufpreis an. Pool sowie Whirlpool (draußen überdacht) gibt es bei uns natürlich auch und ist inklusive. Bitte uns vorher dazu ansprechen. 😊

You can't stay quieter and more central in Berlin! 5 min to the subway station "Spittelmarkt" and to the bus stop Waldeckpark. On foot you can easily reach Gendarmenmarkt, Nikolaiviertel, Checkpoint Charly and Friedrichstraße (all within 1 km). Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes in the neighborhood. The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Our light rooftop apartment with its 150 year old wooden beams lies in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood. It comes with a small but stylish kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna. we offer Netflix, cable TV and very fast Internet. Your stay with us will be carbon neutral, since we fully compensate our emissions. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.
