A lovely 5 bedroom house in the heart of Havelock North with views out over Tainui Reserve and out to the mountains. Just a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the village. The 4 main bedrooms open out onto an expansive deck. Storage for bikes, golf clubs and other equipments is available in our garage next door. Enjoy a BBQ on the beautiful deck after a day enjoying the wineries and other attractions of Hawke’s Bay. We have tried to provide everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

We have a Hot Tub Spa bath in the garden and a nice sunny outdoor dining/relaxing area with a Weber BBQ. Inside, you can enjoy the radiant warmth of a wood-burner fire, heat pump and our very comfortable warm beds. We are located 2.5km from Havelock North village centre, where you’ll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Enjoy your stay :)

Wyatt House

Wyatt House is an 1890 Villa in a rural orchard setting 5mins from Havelock North Village. Set in established gardens with a swimming pool, trampoline, pétanque court; perfect for the whole family. With 2 ensuite bedrooms Wyatt House can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families. Perfect for a Hawkes Bay summer with french doors opening out onto extensive decks. Conveniently, 3mins to the famous Hawkes Bay Farmers Markets & only a 10min drive to some of Hawkes Bays best vineyards.

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. A short drive to the cycle ways, wineries, trout fishing and beaches. We offer a complimentary continental breakfast.

This three-bedroom open Plan living home has two deck areas to relax with a glass of wine with views to the ranges from the main deck or relax in the Spa on the rear deck. The house has a fully equipped Kitchen and a BBQ on the front deck. The Master bedroom has a Super comfortable King bed with quality Linen and a fully tiled ensuite with dual vanity.

Havelock North House - 无清洁费

A three bedroom home on back section. Walking or short drive to all the wonderful cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and wineries that Havelock North has to offer. Private location yet only a few minutes from the village centre. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, open plan kitchen/living area with heat pump (Please note fireplace is non compliant so is not to be used) and ranch slider that open out onto a deck leading onto the private garden.

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

The Villa has been recently renovated and boasts a modern spacious kitchen opening out onto a large sunny deck. Both the main bathroom and ensuite are also new and feature roomy showers and heated towel rails. New A/c in King room and A/c in ensuite upgraded A/c in living areas.

Comfortable, self-contained two-bedroom cottage, just a stroll from the heart of Havelock North Village. Located directly opposite the Village Green—with a playground and public swimming pools—and next door to the Community Centre and Library, it’s hard to find a more central spot. Designed for comfort and ease, the open-plan living area features large bifold doors—fitted with hush glass—that open to a private courtyard, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.

Sitting high on the Havelock North hills with spectacukar views overlooking vineyards and the iconic Tuki Tuki River to Napier, the sea and beyond, Highcliff and Edgecliff occupy one of the prime positions in Hawkes Bay. The two dwellings can be individually booked for totally separate groups or couples, while large groups find the relatively close proximity of the two, very user-friendly.
