White Mountain scenic river camp with cozy cabin!

Stunning views abound from this picturesque camp on the Wild Ammonoosuc River in the White Mountains. Relax in a hammock next to the river or fall asleep to the sounds of a rushing river in a knotty pine cabin. Be adventurous and set up your tent to feel close to nature. This spectacular river, along the Kancamagus Highway is known for gold panning, swimming, & tubing with walk-in access. This location is convenient to shopping in Lincoln, Franconia and Woodsville. Basecamp in the White mountains

This small cabin has recently been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

Close to heaven for artists and nature lovers. Guest space is the entire first floor of 47' round house with six foot picture windows which allow a 180 degree views on a private half mile on the Connecticut River. Extensive gardens, 30' private guest porch overlooking sandy beach and natural swimming vortex. 4 kayaks, firepit on river's edge, rope hammocks on riverbank. Northlight studio, queen bed ,and foldout couch,divided from bedroom by curtains. Small kitchenette and dining room area.

Guests can enjoy two single kayaks and paddleboat, lakeside firepit, grill, and outdoor games. Inside is a cozy gas-powered fireplace and board games. Blue Moose Cabin is located in Mountain Lakes, a recreational community with beaches and a sledding hill. 25 min to Sculptured Sand / Ice Castles. 30 mins to Cannon and Loon Mountains.

The home sits on an open knoll with beautiful views and surrounding pastures. Recently remodeled, it features a private indoor infrared Sauna. There is also an outdoor stone fire pit. Cell phone service is limited but WiFi is available. Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018.

Hilltop View Lodge sits on an acre of wooded privacy in the White Mountains of New Hampshire in a 4-Season recreation community. It sleeps 6 adults, but is cozy for just a couple. It can sleep up to 8, if some guests are small children. Loaded with amenities, close to attractions, and waiting for you! *please note that we do not currently provide bedsheets or bath towels, however we do have pillows, blankets, and comforters available for your use.
