Large studio unit attached to our family home in HPP, a rural subdivision in Puna on Hawai‘i Island. 20 min from Hilo Int'l Airport & 40 min from Volcanoes NP. We have 2 large rescue dogs, Jack & Boogie, and a big blind pig, Lilo. They bark/chuff and will be excited to meet you. If you aren't comfortable around large dogs and a blind pig this is not the place for you. We also have many cats, unintentional coqui frogs, and our neighbor has goats. Animal noises are part of this rural space.

The Cliff House is a two story structure on an ocean front property with furnished studio suites on each floor. The Paradise & Ocean Suites come furnished each with a Cal-king bed, kitchen/kitchenette, WiFi, large picture windows, private bathroom with shower. Each suite has a large private lanai where you can relax, eat and gaze out into the horizon. The suites are connected via interior stairway and privacy can be maintained in each suite with locking door.

Please come and enjoy our quiet, clean, first floor unit. Sit and relax on the covered lanai, or enjoy a glass of wine by the fire. Listen while the coquis lull you to sleep at night and gently awaken to the cacophony of tropical birds in the morning. The downstairs unit at J&R's Banana Cabana offers a comfortable queen sized bed, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and a full private bathroom. Come stay, enjoy, and relax!

The Laughing Gecko

The Laughing Gecko, a 100% smoke-free property, sits on a peaceful acre near cliffs and black sand beaches on Hawaii's east side. The studio offers a private entrance, king bed, kitchenette, bath, and lanai. Amenities include a washer/dryer, coolers, and beach chairs and beach towels. No A/C, as it's rarely needed. Rooster, chickens, and dogs are on-site. The refrigerator does not have a freezer.
