This New York loft style apartment has been cleverly designed to capture all day sun and amazing views. The loft bedroom up stairs has been divided into two comfortable sleeping areas with a privacy wall to separate the beds. Being 2 minutes walk from Napier CBD, shops, restaurant's, parks and cafes.

Enjoy staying at our newly built, beautiful cottage. There is so much to experience in Hawkes Bay and at the end of the day, relax and have a glass of wine on the large deck and enjoy a soak in the spa. We are 3km’s from the heart of Havelock North and in a semi-rural location; on the main arterial road into the village. The cottage is fully self-contained and on separate grounds to our main house, which is on the adjoining property. There is even room for a caravan (with external power point)

" ‘Hamnavoe’ is our name for the apartment and is in Haumoana, 800 metres from the coast, 10 minutes from Hastings, 15 Minutes to Napier. This two bedroom apartment has two large 20 square metre bedrooms upstairs. Views over an apple orchard planted in Rockit Apples. New bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet. Use of the house pool 25 metres away. Close to the bike trails and coast. Wineries within biking distance." We have two E- bikes. Hire is $75.00 a day and $40.00 a half day.

2 cabins side by side with a forever changing view. Peace and quiet in the country to relax and unwind with family or friends. Each cabin is identical with a queen size bed, fridge, microwave and tv. There’s a spa pool between the 2 cabins. A bbq to cook your dinner on. The ablution block consists of a shower and toilet which is 10 metres away from the cabins . Attached is an outside sink to wash any dishes. There’s also a gym to use which is free to guests.

The two dwellings can be individually booked for totally separate groups or couples, while large groups find the relatively close proximity of the two, very user-friendly.
