At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Escape to a 1860s building that's been renovated for relaxation, with: SMART TV, Reverse Cycle AirCon, Wi-Fi WFH access remote controlled ceiling fan/overhead light in bedroom. The unit's original sandstone block walls strike a rustic contrast to modern furnishings, including original paintings fully equipped modern kitchen from where you can safely dine in or on the private, covered in patio-in the safest suburb in Sydney. Access 24/7 via Security Key Coded Access Box, opposite the Koi Pond.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. It’s the perfect place to explore the river and it’s secluded beaches. Maximum Occupancy – 2 adults

Only one hour from the CBD yet it feels like another world. Watch the sun rise over the escarpment rising above the glorious Hawkesbury River and drift off to sleep to the rhythm of gently lapping waves. Come by ferry, water taxi ( not jet ski) by to our car-free island. Curl up with a book, bushwalk, birdwatch, throw in a line or stroll down to the cafe for coffee.
