Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

"Wimberly Plantation-Gleesom Hall" 3br Guest House

Charming guest house located on the grounds of historic "Gleesom Hall", an antebellum home built in 1844. There are 27 acres to enjoy, with azaleas, dogwoods, camellias, honeysuckle, and wildlife. Located within 25 minutes of Downtown Macon or Warner Robins AFB, and 35 minutes from Dublin. Gleesom Hall is inhabited by 7th and 8th generation descendants of the original family. This three bedroom home is a peaceful, simple, basic, and comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy. Light and airy with an open floor plan. The master bedroom is separate from the other two for plenty of privacy. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. There are two large couches in the living room. There is no Wifi or Cable or TV. Cellular data coverage is great.

It's 5 minutes from Walmart, downtown, and local restaurants will surprise you from Mexican food to a Cuban sandwich. A great nearby location for hunters, and 7 minutes from aviation school.
