Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located modern 2 bedroom Bungalow on the Myall River in the heart of Tea Gardens with River Views. You will be a hop & step from cafes, restaurants, and the local ferry. The beaches are minutes away. This light filled little house on our property has a lovely lounge dining area, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a beautiful bathroom. The bungalow is also surrounded by a lovely garden. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.
