Newly renovated upstairs apartment within 2 mins walk of the beautiful Swan Bay in Hawks Nest on the mid north coast of NSW. Wake up to the sounds of the myriads of bird life, take a 10-minute stroll to the Myall River or Local patrolled Bennet's Beach. This is a water wonderland. The twin towns of Tea Gardens and Hawks nest can become busy in holiday times but at the Green Door Swan Bay you would not know it, peaceful and quiet. Walk your SUP or kayak 120 m down the quiet avenue to Swan Bay.

This 3 bed, 2 bath family home is a 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to the beaches and shops. Also has a seperate flat for extra cost. Lie in bed and look out at the trees, listen to the birds and hear the koalas at night. This pet friendly home is close to the river and backs onto a lovely forest with walking trail. It has an in ground swimming pool and a deck overlooking the forest. Off street parking. Weekends - Fri 2pm to Sun 4pm when possible. Weekly bookings preferred in summer holidays.

Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. Swimmers Rest is a retro, colourful beach house harking back to childhood holidays by the sea, but with modern comfortable amenities. The house has two indoor living areas, three outdoor zones, high ceilings, lots of light & has been thoughtfully & sustainably decorated. It has easy access to stunning beaches and great bushwalks. Small dogs welcome, but check with us first. The emphasis at Swimmers’ Rest is to slow down, kick back and enjoy!
