Welcome to your private guest cottage, right in the heart of North Idaho! We are only 2 miles from Lake Hayden, and 6 miles to downtown Coeur d'Alene! We are also only 11 mile from Silverwood! We offer a beautiful space, complete with 2 bedrooms, a short loft for kids, a full bathroom, and a large kitchen with all new appliances! We have blazing fast internet and a desk area for those who are working while on the road, as well as a large parking area if you have more than 1 vehicle with you.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

The house has been recently remodeled and has a comfortable and clean feel. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood you'll enjoy a family friendly vibe with a large back yard & a cul-de-sac away from traffic. Private, safe, clean, and quality. Custom built, modern & functional floor plan w quality sheets on a tempurpedic mattress on a queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed. Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.
